KCP Marvin
The KCP Hank B Marvin "Signature"
Amplifier
Please
note the limited production run KCP is no longer available
due to the retirement of the skilled engineers who designed
and built these superb amplifiers
This amplifier and speaker cabinet is the result of
extensive research and in-depth consultation with Hank
himself. Charlie Hall and Peter Alden, the guys behind the
Echoes From The Past system (used by Hank), were personally
asked by Hank to build him an amplifier. The system was
used throughout the 2002 Guitar Player Tour in the UK and
on his last album. This is a really special amplifier
hand-built to the highest quality.

Roger
Newell writes for 'Guitarist' magazine:
"This
is one very classy rig that positively sings with pure tone
and does not become brittle, even on high notes and with
volume."
"This
is the real thing, it has all the qualities of those truly
classic amps but with a fuller and more consistent tonal
range no matter how hard you push the
volume."
"The
tonal slant between the two channels is particularly marked
and provides the appropriate attributes that were
associated with the two early Vox
models."
"This
should not be dismissed as just being an old style
combination, that would be doing it a gross injustice -
there's a lot more going on here than meets the eye."
